The well combined high inclination, long visual displacement, and multiple construction constraints, raising the requirements for tool passability, cleanout quality, and field control. The customer also required strict registration, acceptance release, and job-record procedures before application.

The project team worked through service registration, tool-system differences, acceptance documents, and compliance steps, communicating with drilling, quality-control, and field-management departments to explain technical advantages and obtain field-trial approval.
Tool string and field control
The pass-scrape-wash integrated tool supports drift confirmation, scraping, circulation washing, and wellbore cleanout in one run. Before running in hole, appearance, dimension, sealing, and performance checks were completed. During the job, running speed, circulation rate, and tool condition were monitored. After pulling out, the tool was cleaned, inspected, serviced, and assessed.
Result and review
The tool completed wellbore cleanout under high-difficulty conditions, met field requirements, and passed customer validation. The case demonstrates ASBR's ability to combine tool preparation, field execution, and post-job review for international workover applications.
