Automatic Downhole Diverter Valve

Automatically switches between through-flow and bypass modes based on flow rate to improve CT fluid distribution and cleanout efficiency.

Product Introduction

The Automatic Downhole Diverter Valve switches fluid direction based on flow-rate changes, enabling automatic through-flow and bypass modes during downhole operation.

At low flow, all fluid passes through the motor to lower tools. When flow exceeds the bypass activation threshold, bypass nozzles open automatically and route part of the fluid into the annulus to improve wellbore cleanout.

Customers can submit well conditions, job objectives, tool size, connection type, and field constraints for ASBR selection support and document matching.

Product Features

  • Automatic switchingAutomatically diverts flow at higher rates without manual intervention.
  • Low-flow through modeKeeps the motor operating within its preferred flow window.
  • High-flow bypassHelps exceed motor flow limitations and improves tool-string adaptability.
  • Improved cleanoutBypass flow into the annulus improves circulation and solids transport.
