The Wellbore Flushing Filter is a multifunctional downhole tool integrating wellbore wall flushing, debris collection, and fluid filtration. It can complete multiple tasks in a single trip, improving operating efficiency and optimizing the downhole environment.
By efficiently flushing the wellbore wall, the tool removes free debris and deposits from the borehole and helps create a cleaner downhole operating environment. A high-strength stainless-steel screen tube is used as the filtration medium to collect and carry metal fragments and other downhole debris back to surface, reducing their impact on subsequent operations.
Before completion, especially after milling operations, the tool helps prevent completion tools or liner equipment from becoming stuck due to residual wellbore debris, improving operational safety and stability.
