Product Introduction
The Shockwave® STD drilling hydraulic oscillator uses drilling fluid as the power source to generate strong axial pulse oscillation. It significantly reduces static friction between the tool string and tubulars, converting it into dynamic friction and helping resolve weight-transfer issues in horizontal wells. The tool also enhances toolface control, reduces stick-slip, and improves drilling and workover efficiency.
As the standard oscillator version, Shockwave® STD can be configured for field requirements: optional oil-based-mud-resistant and high-temperature stators for extreme conditions; rotors with high-performance hard-alloy coating technology for improved wear resistance and service life; and customized options for different hole sizes and drilling flow-rate requirements, including high-flow oscillators and all-metal screw oscillators for ultra-high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Customers can submit well conditions, job objectives, tool size, connection type, and field constraints for ASBR selection support and resource matching.
