The Blade Mill Shoe is a downhole tool specifically designed for efficient milling of bridge plugs. It has a strong cutting action and high milling efficiency. Its unique blade design, combined with high-performance carbide teeth, allows it to successfully mill both composite and dissolvable bridge plugs while reducing the risk of sticking, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.

Product Features

·       Blade Design Enhances Pass-Through and Scraping Capability:

o   When a dissolvable bridge plug dissolves well, the blade design can act as a mixer, allowing the tool to pass smoothly through plug residue.

o   When a dissolvable plug does not dissolve as expected, or when milling composite plugs, the individual carbide teeth on the blades can powerfully scrape and ensure the plug is completely broken up.

·       Self-Sharpening Carbide Teeth for Improved Durability:

o   The blades are angled to keep the carbide teeth consistently sharp.

o   After the front row of teeth wears down, the back row automatically engages, extending the tool's service life.

·       Staggered Cutter Design Optimizes Cutting Path:

o   Each carbide tooth on the blades has an independent positioning radius, ensuring that every tooth has its own cutting surface. This design maximizes the mill shoe's service life and prevents excessive wear at a single point.
