Abrasive Perforating Tool

The Abrasive Perforating Tool is a downhole tool used for hydraulic pipe cutting and abrasive jetting perforation. High-pressure fluid is directed through specially designed nozzles to create a high-velocity jet. This jet carries quartz sand or other abrasives, which are then blasted at high speed onto the casing surface. The process erodes and penetrates the casing locally, entering the formation to create an effective channel that improves reservoir connectivity. The tool is often used for abrasive jetting perforation, pipe cutting, and unblocking, and it can be combined with fracturing operations to enhance production.

·       Durable Nozzles: The nozzles are manufactured using a Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process with a blend of hard alloy and rare metals. This significantly reduces wear and extends their lifespan.

·       High-Strength Body: The tool body is made of high-strength alloy steel with a nitriding treatment, making it resistant to high temperatures and pressures and suitable for harsh downhole environments.

·       Enhanced Durability: The anti-splash surface is laser-clad with a hard alloy to further improve durability and reduce equipment damage from abrasive rebound.

·       Optimized Flow: The nozzle's flow channel is designed to ensure stable, high-velocity jetting, which increases perforation efficiency.

·       Versatile Nozzles: It can be equipped with 4 or 6 replaceable hard alloy nozzles to meet different downhole operational needs.

·       Spiral Phase Design: The spiral phase design ensures a more uniform perforation coverage, which improves the overall effectiveness of the perforation.
