Motorhead Assembly

The ASBR motor head assembly is the integration of a double flapper check valve, hydraulic disconnector, and circulating short sub. The integrated tool length is shorter, suitable for various sizes of coiled tubing, and is a necessary BHA to ensure all kinds of coiled tubing operations.

The double flapper check valve mechanism has the effect of preventing the fluid in the wellbore from backing up into the coiled tubing, to achieve one-way plugging; The hydraulic disconnector mechanism has the function of emergency disconnect treatment when the downhole tool is stuck. Throwing the ball and shearing the pin is achieved by throwing the ball, leaving a built-in standard "GS" fishing neck that can be salvaged with a GS fishing tool. The tool can effectively transmit torque, the pressure of disconnect is adjustable, and it is widely used in cutting, drilling and grinding, salvage, and other operations.
